Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor RO plants and water purification equipment.
Install and commission RO systems, pumps, filters, membranes, and pipelines.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Check water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rate.
Troubleshoot problems with pumps, motors, membranes, valves, electrical controls, and dosing systems.
Replace or clean RO membranes, filters, cartridges, and other components.
Maintain daily operating and maintenance records.
Identify leaks, pressure issues, scaling, fouling, and other system problems.
Follow safety procedures and environmental/wastewater-disposal requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams when major repairs are required.
