Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their home appliance requirements.
Demonstrate and explain the features and advantages of products such as mixers, grinders, induction stoves, electric kettles, rice cookers, irons, fans, and other small home appliances.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on current arrivals and promotions.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Assist customers with billing coordination, warranty information, and after-sales support.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
