Telecalling & Marketing Executive – Job Discussion

Main Responsibilities
Make daily calls to recent and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up with enquiries.
Explain company products/services and pricing.
Convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Follow up on quotations and pending payments.
Coordinate with the sales/production team.
Develop new customers through telephone and local marketing.
Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
Hindi, English and preferably Gujarati/Kannada communication.

Positive attitude an confidence while speaking with customers.
Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
