We are looking for a Project Execution Coordinator with experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects to coordinate site execution, vendors, procurement and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of corporate fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP teams and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, materials and procurement.
- Track site progress, quality and timelines.
- Read and coordinate execution through AutoCAD drawings.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Support snagging and final project handover.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
- 2–3+ years of relevant Corporate Interior Fit-Out / Project Execution experience.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.
- Strong site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
