About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise residential interior projects from execution to handover.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and vendors, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and making sure the project is completed according to the approved drawings, specifications, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, tile workers, fabricators and other contractors.
- Read and understand 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts and interior working drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and design.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishing and overall workmanship.
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
- Track project progress against the agreed timeline.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available at site on time.
- Check material quality and quantity received at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager/design team for solutions.
- Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide regular progress updates.
- Take site measurements wherever required.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates with photographs.
- Coordinate rectification and snagging works before handover.
- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior execution/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens and interior finishing works.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements and basic quantity calculations.
- Strong coordination and manpower-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle a site and solve day-to-day execution issues.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across Bangalore.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with turnkey residential interior projects.
- Experience working with modular furniture/factory-made furniture.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and project reporting.
- Ability to maintain site measurement sheets and material requirement lists.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on, disciplined, technically strong and capable of taking ownership of a site. The person should be able to coordinate multiple teams, identify problems early, and ensure that work is completed properly without constant supervision.
