— Interior DesignerPosition Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts, proficiency in industry-standard designing software, and practical knowledge of on-site execution.

The designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and regularly visiting project sites to ensure that the design is executed as planned.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, budgets, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renders, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand site conditions and monitor project progress.
- Take accurate site measurements and assess existing site conditions.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, fabricators, vendors, and other site professionals.
- Ensure that site execution follows the approved drawings, design specifications, dimensions, and material selections.
- Identify and resolve design or execution-related issues at the site.
- Make necessary design modifications based on actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and other interior elements.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and other documentation when required.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, measurements, and site updates.





Required Software Skills The candidate should have working knowledge of relevant interior design and visualization software, such as:
- AutoCAD — mandatory for 2D drawings and working drawings.
- SketchUp — for 3D modelling and space planning.
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion — knowledge of any relevant rendering and visualization software.
- Adobe Photoshop — for presentations, mood boards, and design development.
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace — for documentation, presentations, and project coordination.

Knowledge of additional design, rendering, or project-management software will be an advantage. Required Skills & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Good practical understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and working drawings.
- Good knowledge of site measurements, dimensions, levels, and construction details.
- Willingness to travel to and regularly visit project sites.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, clients, and site teams.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between design and execution — not just create attractive designs, but also understand how those designs are practically implemented on site.

A strong candidate should be comfortable working both behind a computer developing designs and drawings and on-site coordinating with execution teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
