About the Role

We are seeking a Integration Support Analyst to join our Operational Core Services team. This role is responsible for monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking acknowledgements and shipment status, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate order status updates across internal systems.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor daily reports of unconfirmed purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain order acknowledgments, shipment updates, and estimated delivery dates.
- Resolve order delays and discrepancies through vendor communication.
- Maintain accurate order status in the Order Tracking Sheet and Customer Support Portal.




- Document vendor communications and provide timely customer updates.
- Escalate critical operational issues impacting customer orders.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Integration, Implementation, and Procurement teams.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Meet departmental SLAs and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, procurement, supply chain, healthcare operations, or integration support.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting healthcare procurement or hospital supply chain operations.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase order workflows.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions or healthcare integrations is a plus.
