Employment Type: Full-Time Are you an experienced Marine Insurance Claims professional with a strong understanding of P&I; Club claims, cargo losses, hull damages, and maritime risks? We are looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing marine insurance claims from notification to settlement while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage and resolve marine insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) through final settlement. ✅ Promptly acknowledge, assess, and report marine-related incidents. ✅ Provide technical guidance on:

- Marine insurance policies
- Claims recoveries
- Incident reporting procedures ✅ Liaise with:
- P&I; Clubs
- Loss Adjusters
- Surveyors
- Legal Counsel ✅ Maintain accurate claim files, logs, reconciliations, and cost documentation. ✅ Monitor aging claims and proactively drive resolutions. ✅ Support cargo claims handling, club guarantees, loss ratio tracking, and claims reconciliation.



✅ Prepare monthly MIS reports and claims trend analysis to support risk mitigation and business strategy. ✅ Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to identify voyage and Charter Party (C/P) claim risks. ✅ Assist in audits, compliance reviews, legal coordination, and loss prevention initiatives. ✅ Support team operations during peak workloads and staff absences.

Qualifications & Experience Education ? Bachelor's Degree in:

- Marine Insurance
- Maritime Studies
- Law
- Shipping
- Or a related discipline Experience ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Insurance Claims Handling ✔Solid knowledge of:
- P&I; Club Claims
- Cargo Losses
- Hull & Machinery Claims
- Maritime Legal Processes
- Marine Risk Management Skills & Expertise ? Thorough understanding of marine insurance claims handling ? Ability to interpret marine insurance policies and contractual obligations ?
