We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inspection Services Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of global inspection activities for the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role involves coordinating inspection assignments, managing client requirements, engaging with inspectors and third-party service providers, and ensuring timely delivery of inspection services while maintaining compliance with quality and operational standards. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Coordinate inspection activities for global clients across multiple projects.
/n
- Plan and schedule inspection assignments with internal inspectors and third-party inspection agencies.
/n
- Review client requirements and prepare inspection plans, quotations, and cost estimates.
/n
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely project execution.
/n
- Maintain a database of qualified inspection service providers and support global resource planning.
/n
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and international offices to ensure seamless project delivery.
/n
- Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with quality management systems and company procedures.
/n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
/n
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
/n
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inspection Services Management team.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.

- Experience in inspection coordination, project coordination, or industrial operations.
/n
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, or oil & gas inspection services will be an advantage.
/n
- Experience working in an international or global operations environment is desirable.
