Job Title: Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Agency Development Manager to join Axis Max Life Insurance Company. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales, achieve business targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/agents to build a robust sales team.
Drive sales through advisors and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Motivate and guide the team to generate leads, acquire recent customers, and upsell/cross-sell insurance products.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and joint sales calls with advisors.
Maintain healthy business relationships with clients and ensure service quality.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
