Positive communication & basic computer knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
Maintain visitor registers and customer waiting records accurately.
Ensure customer comfort by offering seating and refreshments.
Handle incoming calls and provide basic showroom information.
Inform customers about current offers, schemes, and promotional events.
Maintain the reception area, showroom ambiance, and display presentation.
Coordinate customer appointments and manage queue/token systems efficiently.
Support customer engagement activities, including feedback collection and festive greetings.
Communicate professionally and courteously with all customers and visitors.
