Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Gym Trainer to guide members with their fitness routines, exercise techniques, and personal training programs. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Guide gym members through proper exercise techniques and workout routines.
Create basic workout plans based on individual fitness goals.
Provide personal training sessions to clients.
Monitor clients' progress and provide regular feedback.
Demonstrate correct use of gym equipment and exercises.
Ensure members follow proper safety and exercise procedures.
Motivate clients and encourage consistency in their fitness routines.
Maintain a clean and safe training setting.
Build strong relationships with personal training clients.
Support gym operations and member engagement activities.

Education: 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers can apply
English: Intermediate English

Salary
₹16,000 – ₹1,24,000 per month
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000
Personal Training Incentive: Additional earnings based on personal training; trainer can receive up to 50% share of personal training revenue.
