Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Manage daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports related to manpower, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and attendance.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Valuable knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and factory-related HR practices will be preferred.
Operations & Administration




Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor manpower availability and arrange manpower as required for production operations.
Support daily operational planning and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records related to production manpower, overtime, and shift allocation.
Coordinate office and plant administration activities.
Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, uniforms, ID cards, and other employee facilities.
Assist management in resolving day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
Support implementation of workplace health, safety, and discipline procedures.
Coordinate employee safety training and maintain relevant records.
Support implementation of 5S, discipline, productivity, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Work closely with production supervisors to address manpower and employee-related issues.

Assist in maintaining smooth operations during shifts and peak production periods.
