ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for timely order execution.
Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and maintain customer records.
Track dispatches, payments, and provide regular customer updates.
Maintain sales reports and support day-to-day backend operations.
RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or backend operations (Freshers with valuable communication skills may apply).
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.
