Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for TMT steel bars.
Develop business through dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and engineers.
Visit construction sites regularly to generate current business prospects.
Appoint new dealers and strengthen the existing dealer network.
Build relationships with architects, structural consultants, and project engineers to increase product specification and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Prepare daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, and market feedback for management. (Jobaaj)




QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in TMT steel, cement, or building materials sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby districts. (Jobhai)
