Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Workshop Service Manager to lead our automobile service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the workshop team, ensuring high-quality service, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving productivity and revenue targets while maintaining company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality service.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician performance.
Maintain manufacturer (Suzuki) service standards and SOPs.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Plan and allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
Achieve monthly service revenue, labour sales, and spare parts targets.
Monitor service quality and reduce repeat repairs.
Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Train and motivate service advisors and technicians.
Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.




Coordinate with the spare parts department for parts availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–10 years of experience in an automobile workshop, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in two-wheeler dealerships is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
