Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain crushers, mills, conveyors, and packers.
Monitor equipment performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and reduce downtime.
Coordinate maintenance with operations teams.
Follow safety and maintenance standards.
Maintain records and manage spare parts.
Support plant shutdown activities.
Required Skills
Cement plant mechanical maintenance.
Knowledge of crushers, mills, conveyors, fans, and pumps.
Preventive and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and RCA skills.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
SAP PM knowledge.
Safety focus and teamwork.
