Main Responsibilities
Pick up orders from stores, restaurants, warehouses, or distribution centers.
Verify delivery items to ensure the correct order is collected.
Deliver packages to customers promptly and accurately.
Plan and follow routes to reach destinations efficiently.
Handle payments when cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are involved.
Obtain proof of delivery, such as customer signatures, photos, or app confirmations.
Maintain communication with customers and dispatch teams regarding delivery status.
Ensure customer satisfaction by being polite and qualified.
Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving or riding.
Keep delivery vehicles in valuable condition, including basic maintenance and cleanliness.
Report issues such as damaged goods, failed deliveries, accidents, or delays.
