Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and present suitable software solutions
- Follow up on leads and work towards converting them into sales
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain robust customer relationships
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of software or SaaS products is a plus
