– Inside Sales Executive Company: Bellway Realtech Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Noida Employment Type: Full time About the RoleBellway Realtech is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate site visits, and convert leads into successful bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, calls, and other sources. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location. Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain proper lead records. Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

Convince and motivate customers to schedule property site visits. Coordinate with the field sales/site team for scheduled visits. Handle customer objections and provide suitable project information. Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process. Prepare daily reports covering calls, connected leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.





Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience can also apply. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales preferred.

Excellent

Hindi and English communication skills. Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. Confident and positive attitude with good interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business. Ability to make a high volume of calls and maintain consistent follow-ups.
