Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic injection moulding machines
- Perform mould (die) changes and optimize machine parameters (pressure, temperature & cycle time)
- Handle polymers such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, and engineering plastics
- Operate auxiliary equipment including IML Robots, Material Dryers, Grinders, and Mixers
- Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and productive operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Plastic Engineering or CIPET
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Moulding
- Experience with PLC-based fully automatic injection moulding machines such as Milacron, Husky, Haitian, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mould changing, machine setup, and process optimization
