Responsibilities

Innovation Compliance / Legal Analyst - Pune/ Hyd

We are seeking a proactive Innovation Analyst with a technological focus to join the GCH LCGR team. The role supports modernization initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Governance and Risk by identifying process improvement opportunities, designing low-code/no-code solutions, supporting AI and automation use cases, maintaining dashboards and trackers, and partnering with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, quality and user experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibility

Analyze LCGR processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements, support process mapping, gap analysis and benefit estimation.

Design, build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Pages, forms and approval workflows.

Support AI and innovation initiatives: prompt design,



AI-assisted research, document review, knowledge search, chatbot concepts and responsible AI controls.

Create and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting views to monitor productivity, quality, audit outcomes, cycle time, adoption and automation perks.

15%

Coordinate UAT, QA validation, defect tracking, release readiness, documentation and user training for new tools and process improvements.

10%

Partner with legal, compliance and business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage priorities, communicate progress and drive adoption of solutions.

10%

Stay current on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, legal technology, AI and process improvement practices; contribute ideas that improve team efficiency.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business, Legal Technology or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in process improvement, automation, technology support, business analysis, Power Platform or legal ops.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel; exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot or AI Builder preferred.
- Ability to convert business requirements into practical solutions and document workflows clearly.
- Strong attention to detail; capable of handling confidential information with discretion.




- Innovation mindset — willingness to learn, experiment and support scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Automate approval flows, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Power Pages or AI Builder.
- Lean, A3, Kaizen, process mapping, root-cause analysis or continuous improvement methods.
- Dashboarding via Excel, Power BI or SharePoint views.
- Legal ops, compliance, audit tracking, CLM, document or matter/request management tools.
- Responsible AI practices: data privacy, human review, validation and risk controls.
