In-house Doctor Beauty

Mission Statement

Deliver safe, effective, and result-oriented skin, hair, and laser treatments while driving customer satisfaction, ethical sales growth, and adherence to VLCC’s medical, operational, and service excellence standards.

Key Outcomes & Accountabilities

- Achieve high customer satisfaction and retention through effective diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with medical protocols, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Support centre revenue through ethical consultation, treatment planning, and package conversion.

Job Responsibilities Clinical & Technical Excellence

- Conduct detailed consultations, skin/hair analysis, and executions for clients.
- Perform and supervise dermatological, aesthetic, and laser procedures as per VLCC protocols.
- Ensure safe use, handling, and maintenance of all medical and laser equipment.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and manage complications or escalations, if any.

Customer Excellence

- Deliver high standards of patient care and counselling to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
- Ensure treatments are executed within package validity and follow-up protocols are followed.

Sales & Business Support

- Recommend suitable skin, hair, laser treatments, and products based on medical need.
- Support centre sales targets through ethical conversions, package renewals,



and upgrades.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical audits, and statutory medical guidelines.
- Coordinate with Centre Head, Beauty Head, and Corporate Medical Team for updates and escalations.

Team Collaboration & Training

- Guide and support Beauty Therapists, Nurses, and technical staff during procedures.
- Participate in training, coaching, and upskilling of centre teams as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical and non-medical teams at the centre.

Competencies & Skills

- Strong clinical knowledge of dermatology, cosmetology, and aesthetic procedures.
- Expertise in skin, hair, and laser technologies.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of medical ethics and customer orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and support business requirements.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Centre Head

Education & Experience

- MBBS with MD - Dermatology / DVD / Fellowship in medical Cosmetology / BDS / BHMS
- 3–7 years of experience in clinical / aesthetic practice (experience in chain clinics preferred)
