Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Technology Operations / Virtual Infrastructure qualified with 7+ years of experience in Virtual Desktop, VDI, DaaS, End User Computing, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management.

Technical Requirements :

- Strong working knowledge of Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Cloud PC, DaaS, WEM, VDA, Virtual Applications, Multisession Environments, Image Management, Profile Management, Session Reliability, Capacity, Monitoring, and Performance.

Operational Responsibilities :

- Experience translating operational data, incidents, service metrics, and stakeholder requirements into service improvements, operational reporting, product requirements, and readiness plans.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to ITIL, PowerShell, automation, dashboards, service health, incident/problem management, change management, and enterprise virtual infrastructure operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)



environments to ensure seamless access to business-critical applications for a global user base.
- Manage Citrix-based delivery platforms, including the implementation of WEM (Workspace Environment Management) to optimize resource allocation and user experience.
- Lead the migration and integration of on-premises infrastructure into Cloud and DaaS (Desktop as a Service) models to improve scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Resolve complex Level 3 infrastructure support issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Implement ITIL-based best practices for incident, problem, and change management to maintain a stable and compliant IT ecosystem.
- Collaborate with security and network teams to harden end-user environments and protect sensitive data across distributed endpoints.
