Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall Infor ERP solution architecture, including application, integration, data, and technical architecture.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Infor ERP solutions.
- Design and govern ERP integrations with CRM, WMS, MES, HR, finance, supply-chain, and third-party applications.
- Define integration patterns using Infor ION, APIs, web services, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and major enhancements.
- Develop solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and integration designs.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to map business requirements to Infor capabilities and minimize customizations.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.
- Troubleshoot complex ERP, integration, performance, and data issues.
- Support data migration, master-data strategy, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Evaluate new Infor capabilities and recommend improvements to the ERP landscape.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.





Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP products such as Infor LN, Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, or another relevant Infor ERP platform.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with Infor ION / Integration, APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Experience with cloud ERP architecture and SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of databases, data models, security, and system performance.
- Experience with ERP implementation methodologies, upgrades, and migration projects.
- Robust documentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Infor certification(s).
- Experience with Infor OS, ION APIs, Data Lake, Birst, or related Infor technologies.
- Experience integrating Infor ERP with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, MES/WMS, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services.
- Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF is a plus.
