About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own our creator collaboration pipeline end-to-end.

You will discover and connect with relevant creators across devotional, lifestyle, home, mom, and wellness niches, close barter collaborations, brief creators, coordinate content delivery, and work closely with our performance marketing team to turn the best creator content into Instagram posts and Meta ads.

This is a high-ownership execution role—ideal for someone who is Instagram-native, enjoys building relationships with creators, communicates confidently, and wants to build a strong creator network from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Discover and shortlist relevant nano and micro influencers (5K–200K followers) across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Send 50–60 outreach messages/emails every day and maintain a healthy creator pipeline.
- Negotiate and close barter collaborations, with a target of 20–30 collaborations per month once fully ramped up.
- Coordinate product dispatches, creative briefs, creator communication, and follow-ups to ensure timely content delivery.
- Collect final videos and raw footage and secure written content usage rights for paid advertising.
- Coordinate Instagram Collab posts and partnership/whitelisted ads with sadhna.co.
- Maintain an organised tracker covering every stage: Outreach → Response → Agreed → Shipped → Content Received → Posted → Handed to Ads Team.
- Share weekly performance reports covering outreach numbers, response and close rates,



content delivered, and top-performing creators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators who align with the sadhna.co brand.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, social media, or brand collaborations. Freshers with a robust creator network may also be considered.
- Fluent in Hindi and English communication skills.
- Instagram-native with a good understanding of Reels, Collab posts, paid partnership labels, and creator etiquette.
- A persuasive communicator who can confidently pitch barter collaborations and handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Highly organised and disciplined with spreadsheets, trackers, and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with or genuine respect for Indian devotional and pooja culture is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

- An existing network of lifestyle, devotional, mom, home, or wellness creators.
- Experience coordinating UGC content for Meta/performance ads.
- A basic understanding of what makes a strong Reel hook and engaging creator content.

Compensation & Growth

- ₹25,000–₹35,000/month fixed, based on experience.
- Monthly performance incentives for collaborations closed beyond the target.
- Strong performers can earn ₹40,000 per month.
