Job Summ aryThe Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with timely financial reports. The role requires strong control over books of accounts, taxation, audits, and internal contro ls.

Key Responsibili ties1. Accounting & Finaliza tion· Maintain books of accounts as per Companies Act and applicable accounting stand ards· Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of acco unts· Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash

Flow· Ledger scrutiny and reconcilia tion

- Taxation & Statutory Compl iance· GST compli ance:o GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconcili ationo GST refunds, notices, and assess ments· TDS compli ance:o TDS deductions, returns (24Q, 26Q), and Form 1

6/16A· Income Tax sup port:o Data preparation for ITR and tax audito Handling departmental no tices· ROC compliance coordination with consul tants3. Audit & Li aison· Coordination with statutory auditors, tax auditors, internal aud itors· Providing audit schedules,



explanations, and document ation· Closure of audit queries on time4. Banking & Cash

Flow· Bank reconciliations (all acco unts)· Monitoring fund flow and cash flow IDPMS,

EDPMS· Coordination with banks for PCFC limits, documentation, and ren ewals· Tracking loans, interest, and repayment sched ules.5. MIS & Repo rting· Monthly MIS preparation and ana lysis· Variance analysis vs budget / previous p eriod· Support management in decision-making through financial ins ights

- Team & Process Mana gement· Supervision of accounts exec utives· Process improvements and internal co ntrols· Ensuring compliance with compan y SOPsKey Skills & Compet encies· Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Inco me Tax· Experience with ERP/Tally/Busy/Oracle/SAP (as appli cable)· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Attention to detail and compliance-oriented m indset· Good coordination and communication skillsQualification & Expe rience· Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA (

Inter)· Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts & F inance· Industry experience in manufacturing / trading / jewellery is an adv antage
