Implementation Specialist – RenalOS

Company: Lord's Renal (A Unit of Lord's Mark Industries Ltd.)

Function: RenalOS – AI-Enabled Continuous Renal Care Platform

Location: Bangalore HQ / Field-Based / Partner Dialysis Centers

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Manager – Product Lead

Role Purpose The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation, onboarding, training, and adoption of RenalOS across partner dialysis centers.

The role will serve as the key on-ground bridge between RenalOS and the clinical teams using the platform. The position requires regular travel to dialysis centers, hands-on system configuration, staff training, post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and coordination with Product, Technical, Clinical, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Center Onboarding & Implementation

- Visit assigned dialysis centers for RenalOS implementation and go-live.
- Configure RenalOS on dialysis machines, tablets, technician applications, and center dashboards.
- Set up and validate digital patient information, including medical history, comorbidities, dialysis access, prescriptions, and clinician/caregiver details.
- Verify baseline vitals, laboratory data, and dialysis parameters before go-live.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve machine connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and data integration issues.
- Ensure implementation activities are completed within defined timelines.

1. Training & User Adoption

- -Conduct practical, hands-on training for dialysis technicians, nurses, and center staff.
- - Train users on the RenalOS application, dashboard, alerts, documentation, and workflows.

- - Explain real-time alerts and guided intervention workflows in simple and practical terms.

- - Provide on-floor coaching and repeated training where required.

- - Prepare and maintain quick-reference guides, user instructions, and training materials.

- - Ensure staff are confident and independent in using the system.

3. Post-Go-Live Support

- - Act as the first point of contact for assigned centers during the initial post-implementation period.

- - Resolve day-to-day system usage and workflow-related issues.

- - Monitor user adoption and system utilization.





- - Track whether alerts are being acknowledged, actions are being recorded, and required data is flowing correctly.

- - Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate Product, Technical, Clinical, or Quality teams.

- - Collect feedback from center staff and communicate improvement opportunities to the Product team.

4. Compliance & Standardization

- - Ensure centers follow standardized RenalOS workflows and protocols.

- - Promote consistency in system usage across all implemented centers.

- - Ensure alerts, interventions, actions, and required documentation are properly recorded.

- - Monitor adherence to defined implementation standards.

- - Support audits, reviews, and quality-improvement activities related to RenalOS.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- - Maintain center-wise implementation trackers and training records.

- - Prepare regular implementation and adoption reports.

- - Track pending implementation activities and follow-ups.

- - Coordinate with Product, Technology, Clinical, Quality, and Operations teams.

- - Document implementation challenges, user feedback, and corrective actions.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Health Informatics, Hospital & Health Management, Digital Health, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology, Health Analytics, or a related field.
- Candidates from IIHMR/IHMR or similar Digital Health, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Analytics programs will be preferred.

Experience

- - 2+ years of experience in health-tech implementation, clinical operations, hospital digital systems, healthcare technology, or a related field.

- - Freshers with relevant academic projects or internships in Digital Health, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Technology may also be considered.

- - Exposure to dialysis, nephrology,



or hospital operations will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- - Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- - Ability to train and explain technology to non-technical clinical staff.

- - Patient, approachable, and confident while working with healthcare professionals.

- - Basic understanding of hospital or dialysis-center workflows.

- - Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital platforms.

- - Ability to troubleshoot basic application, device, and connectivity issues.

- - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

- - Good documentation and reporting skills.

- - Ability to manage multiple center implementations simultaneously.

- - Willingness and ability to learn renal-care and dialysis workflows quickly.

Other Requirements

- - Willingness to travel extensively to partner dialysis centers across multiple locations.

- - Comfortable working in a clinical and dialysis-center environment.

- - Ability to work independently at partner centers.

- - Flexibility to support implementation, training, and post-go-live activities as required.

- -Timely and smooth implementation of RenalOS at assigned centers.
- - Accurate patient and clinical data captured during onboarding.

- - Successful system/device configuration and data connectivity.

- - High staff adoption and confidence in using RenalOS.

- - Consistent acknowledgement, action, and documentation of alerts.

- - Timely resolution and escalation of implementation issues.

- - Regular collection of center-level feedback.

- - Consistent adherence to standardized RenalOS workflows and protocols.

Role Impact The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in translating RenalOS technology into everyday clinical practice. The position will help ensure that dialysis centers successfully adopt the platform and use it consistently to support connected, proactive, and personalized renal care.
