Role Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Support Engineer to join our production support team. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of AWS, SQL, and Shell Scripting and a strong willingness to learn cloud operations, troubleshooting, automation, and application support. The role involves monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, supporting business-critical applications, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level-1/Level-2 support for enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.
- Monitor applications, databases, and AWS infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of system failures.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.




- Develop and maintain Shell Scripts for routine operational and monitoring activities.
- Support AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and RDS.
- Execute daily operational checks and ensure adherence to support procedures.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in incident management, release support, and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
