Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring qualified PGTs for Biology, Physics, and English to teach Grades 11 & 12. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and experience in preparing students for CBSE and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach respective subject - Biology / Physics / English - as per CBSE/State Board curriculum for Grades 11 & 12
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, notes, assignments, and question papers
- Conduct practicals/labs for Biology and Physics. Maintain lab records and safety
- Guide and mentor students for Board exams, NEET, JEE and other entrance exams
- Evaluate student performance, conduct tests, and provide academic feedback
- Use creative teaching methods to make classes interactive and engaging
- Participate in academic meetings, parent meetings, and school events
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Biology: M.Sc in Biology/Botany/Zoology + B.Ed
- Physics: M.Sc in Physics + B.Ed
- English: M.A in English + B.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of PGT level teaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply - Skills: Subject expertise, good communication skills, classroom management, computer literacy
- Other: Passion for teaching, ability to work with senior secondary students
