- Total 2-5 years of experience, 2Plus years in reporting and visualization roles.
- Proficiency in Looker, Power BI andor Tableau (dashboard creation, DAX, calculated fields).
- Advanced SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations, performance tuning).
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs and business performance.
- Develop automated, scheduled reports that reduce manual effort and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of insights.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL for use in reporting pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Prepare delivery and performance reports covering eligible audience, sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and other agreed KPIs.
- Monitor dashboard performance and data refresh cycles to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs and flag discrepancies proactively.
- Support ad-hoc data requests by querying databases and presenting results in a clear, accessible format.
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and anomalies to non-technical audiences.
- Work alongside data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and resolve upstream data issues.
- Maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure knowledge continuity.
