- Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Develop and maintain complex automations within Automation Studio and manage email campaigns in Email Studio.
- Utilize Contact Builder and Content Builder to manage subscriber data and create engaging, personalized marketing assets.
- Execute sophisticated audience segmentation and builder strategies to ensure targeted communication.
- Manage Data Extensions and develop personalized content using AMPscript.
- Write advanced SQL queries for robust data extraction, transformation, and segmentation.
- Develop responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Required Skills :
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and overall platform architecture.
- Strong proficiency in subscriber management, contact keys, and establishing complex data relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of global compliance standards including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Experience :
- 6-8 years of skilled experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Proven track record of delivering personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns.
