We are looking for an experienced IBM Mainframe Trainer to conduct a virtual training program for lateral hires, covering the IBM Z Modernization ecosystem.
Training Details:
- Module: Hands-On IBM Z Modernization Program (BOB, Watsonx, APA, TAZ)
- Audience: Laterals
- Mode: Virtual/Online
Trainer Requirements:
- Only experienced corporate/skilled trainers required — NOT developers or engineers looking to train
- Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies, specifically: BOB (Batch/Online Banking), Watsonx, APA (Application Performance Analyzer), TAZ (Test Automation for Z)
- Prior experience delivering IBM Z Modernization training to lateral/experienced hires preferred
- Comfortable delivering structured virtual sessions with hands-on labs/exercises
- Excellent communication skills for a lateral hire audience (should be able to handle technical Q&A;)
