We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians and helpers, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate installation of VRF/VRV, Split AC, Ductable, Cassette, AHU, Chiller and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
- Ensure proper installation of:
- Copper piping
- Refrigerant piping
- Drain piping
- Ductwork
- Insulation
- Indoor and outdoor units
- Electrical/control wiring
- Supports and hangers
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, civil teams, consultants, and client representatives.
- Allocate daily work to technicians and helpers and monitor productivity.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to OEM guidelines and approved drawings.
- Check pipe routing, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, insulation, and commissioning.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage or loss at site.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain records of manpower and material.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager for resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule.
- Conduct quality checks before handing over completed work.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
- Ensure technicians follow required PPE and safety procedures.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets, BOQ verification, and client/site reports.
- Coordinate snag rectification and final handover.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of HVAC installation and commissioning.
- Practical experience with Mitsubishi Electric VRF/VRV systems will be preferred.
- Ability to understand HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Good knowledge of copper piping, brazing, pressure testing and vacuuming.
- Manpower handling and site coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain daily progress and material reports.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email communication.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at multiple project sites in Delhi NCR.

Qualification ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, corporate or retail HVAC projects.
- Experience handling a team of technicians and helpers.

- Installation quality and reduction in rework.

- Successful testing and commissioning.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
