Establishing the Site execution Plan in coordination with the Design team.
Prioritizing the site execution activities depending on the site clearances.
Establishing weekly, monthly targets for execution of works at all Sites, based on the Site execution plan.
Periodic reviewing of the work progress of each of the sites and en suring the compliance of all aspects like Work Schedule, Quality, Approved drawings.
Periodic review of material requirement at sites and ensuring that site team is in coordination with the office procurement team for the same.
