Job Summary

Aura Bloom Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, hands-on experience with recruitment portals, and the ability to manage hiring targets and turnaround times effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer-to-joining process and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare and submit daily and periodic recruitment reports.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and defined TATs.





Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in sourcing and candidate screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Experience in volume hiring and/or lateral hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work within defined TATs.
- Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
