Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR and administrative functions of Zivanta, a premium hotel and banquet property in Greater Faridabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality, hotels, banquets, events, or service industries, with hands-on knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and banquet staff.
- Handle hiring for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Security, Engineering, Hospitality, Sales, and Administration.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, weekly offs, and shift-related HR coordination.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and employee databases.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes.

Payroll & Compliance

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and salary inputs.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances, wherever applicable.
- Maintain statutory and HR-related records.
- Coordinate with external payroll/compliance consultants, if required.

Employee Relations

- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate disciplinary matters with management.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication between management and employees.

Performance Management





- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation processes.
- Support department heads in setting performance expectations.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.

Hotel & Banquet HR Coordination

- Coordinate manpower requirements according to hotel occupancy and events.
- Ensure adequate staffing during weddings, banquets, and peak business periods.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning.
- Support HR requirements during large-scale events and functions.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of temporary/event manpower when required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, banquet, event management, or service industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
