We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage the internal HR function while also supporting the talent and manpower needs of its portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
70% – Internal HR
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Drive and streamline end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes .
- Partner with leadership on manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, HR policies and HRMS.
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards and recruitment analytics.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
30% – Portfolio Company Advisory
- Work with portfolio companies to understand manpower and talent requirements .
- Identify gaps in organisational structure, skills and manpower.
- Advise founders/leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning .
- Assist with JDs, sourcing and hiring for critical positions.
- Support portfolio companies in building efficient recruitment and basic HR processes.
- Provide inputs on talent availability, compensation and hiring trends.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in HR/HRBP/Talent Acquisition .
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and HR operations experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Robust business understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with startups, VC/PE or financial services will be an advantage.
