Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Internview.in is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate with leadership to define HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and maintain accurate HR records. Daily responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, resolving employee concerns, facilitating training and development initiatives, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



The role also involves analyzing HR metrics, recommending improvements, and aligning HR practices with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and candidate assessment, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a healthy, inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to on-site operations in India.
- Experience with HR documentation, HRIS tools, and data-driven decision-making using HR metrics and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a startup, education, or talent development environment is beneficial.
