Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist the HR department in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR compliance, payroll coordination, administration, and other day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

Assist in the employee onboarding process, including document collection, verification, joining formalities, induction, and employee record management.

Maintain employee files, HR records, recruitment trackers, and other documentation.

Support in maintaining HR compliance and statutory documentation as per company policies and applicable requirements.

Assist in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.

Support in payroll management by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs.





Assist in maintaining payroll records and coordinating with the concerned team for payroll-related activities.

Handle administrative work and office management, including coordination with employees, vendors, and different departments.

Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.

Coordinate with different teams for day-to-day HR and administrative requirements.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, employee databases, and other records.

Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) – Mandatory
