About the role

As our HR Executive, you'll own the day-to-day of everything people-related — from hiring great talent to keeping our team supported, organised, and engaged. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't inherit a rulebook; you'll help write it, with close guidance from leadership.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition – Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews – Manage the candidate pipeline and roll out offers – Run pre-joining and onboarding formalities

People Operations – Own onboarding so every new joiner has a smooth first week – Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR trackers – Handle attendance, leave, and everyday employee queries – Support exit and offboarding formalities

Performance & Engagement – Coordinate performance reviews — timelines, forms, follow-ups,



records – Track goals and check-ins; flag issues to leadership early – Run engagement activities, celebrations, and team initiatives – Be the team's first point of contact on people matters

Culture & Admin – Help shape and protect a positive, high-trust team culture – Assist with basic HR compliance and policy documentation – Support general people-related coordination as we grow

What you'll bring

– A degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field (MBA-HR is a plus) – 0–1 years of experience, or strong internships in HR / recruiting – Excellent communication in English and Malayalam (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada a bonus) – Solid organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail – Comfort with Google Workspace and Sheets, and a willingness to learn HR tools – Discretion and maturity with confidential information – A genuine interest in people and in building something from the ground up

Nice to have

– Exposure to a startup, agency, or media/creative environment – Familiarity with ATS platforms or job-board hiring – Basic understanding of HR compliance and Indian labour norms
