Role Description The Human Resources Executive – BIM Exposure, AEC Standards will manage day-to-day HR operations for teams working in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domains. This full time, on-site role based in Chennai includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, with attention to technical talent requirements and industry standards. The role involves administering HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating training and development, and assisting with compliance and documentation.

The HR Executive will work closely with project and department leaders to address employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and support workforce planning.



Collaboration with management to implement HR initiatives that align with company goals and AEC/BIM project needs is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support diverse technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, counseling, and employee engagement.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to BIM workflows and AEC industry standards, or a strong willingness to learn these domains.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting to support HR decision-making.
