Job Title: HR Executive – Manufacturing Operations

Location: Rable MIDC

Department: Human Resources

Position Overview The HR Executive will be responsible for managing workforce operations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and the complete employee lifecycle within a manufacturing setup. The role requires close coordination with production teams, labour contractors, and the accounts department to ensure seamless manpower availability, compliance adherence, and effective HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling labour-intensive environments and possess a strong understanding of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce Management – Labour & Contract Workforce

- Monitor and verify daily attendance of labour and contract workers, including in/out time tracking and gate entry validation.
- Liaise with labour contractors regarding attendance discrepancies, and operational matters.
- Address and resolve labour-related concerns and workplace grievances promptly.
- Review and verify contractor labour bills before approval and payment processing.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Calculate and incorporate overtime payments through the Spine.NX payroll system.
- Maintain salary registers and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll reconciliation and financial validation.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and statutory documentation as per regulatory requirements.

3. Budget & Manpower Cost Monitoring





- Review and analyze monthly labour contractor bills.
- Monitor employee salary expenditure and overall manpower costs.
- Track manpower costs against production requirements and allocated budgets.
- Provide insights to management regarding workforce cost optimization and planning.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
- Facilitate employee onboarding including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Manage employee exit procedures including full and final settlement and off-boarding documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or labour-intensive environment.
- Experience handling contract labour management and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and payroll systems (Spine.NX or similar platforms).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
