About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR Operations and Recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee coordination, recruitment, documentation, HR data management, and employee lifecycle processes.
The candidate will work closely with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and management to ensure smooth HR operations and timely closure of recruitment requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
1. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Handle employee documentation including joining forms, KYC documents, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion,
and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate with payroll where required.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS, employee reports, and other HR-related dashboards.
- Respond to employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and documentation.
1. HR Compliance & Administration
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll/statutory consultants for PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other HR-related requirements, wherever applicable.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately.
- Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.
Required Skills
- Understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain HR trackers, MIS, and employee databases.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment and HR activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ATS systems will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in both corporate recruitment and HR operations will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable interacting with employees, candidates, and management.
- Should have a proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
