DGS Group, a prominent player in India’s real estate development sector, is seeking a dedicated HR Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist to join our team. Operating within the construction and civil infrastructure domain, our company focuses on large-scale real estate projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery across the country.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a background in real estate, civil, or construction industries to contribute to our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes and will frequently visit multiple construction sites, requiring a travel-friendly approach and a flexible, onsite work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end talent acquisition for construction, civil, and real estate projects, ensuring timely staffing and resource allocation.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit talent for various roles.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-site visits for prospective candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.




- Travel to multiple construction sites to understand onsite requirements and ensure recruitment needs are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to forecast recruitment needs and plan staffing accordingly.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate records of all hiring activities.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the real estate, civil or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in office interactions.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various construction sites across India.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance relevant to construction projects.

Preferred

- Previous experience with site visits and onsite employee onboarding.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software tools.
