Pentagon Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring unskilled and blue-collar manpower for the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, volume hiring, sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for unskilled, semi-skilled, and blue-collar workforce.
- Manage bulk hiring, volume hiring, and mass recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and field recruitment.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Recruit manpower for Housekeeping, Security, Technical, Field, and Facility Management roles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.
- Handle candidate mobilization and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future manpower requirements.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment quality.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in hiring unskilled manpower for Facility Management Services.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, and mass recruitment.
- Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and field recruitment techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment simultaneously.
- Valuable follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in bulk hiring for Housekeeping, Security Guards, Technical Staff, Helpers, Field Staff, and Facility Management roles.
- Experience in contract staffing / manpower recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have worked with Facility Management companies or manpower staffing agencies are preferred.
