Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter Trainee to support the recruitment of doctors, medical faculty, residents, and other healthcare professionals for our medical college and associated hospital.

This is an excellent prospect for freshers or candidates looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source doctors and medical faculty through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and collect candidate details.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in collecting and organizing candidate documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment updates.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/ MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and internet.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours Part-Time: 9:30 to 4 pm

₹8K TO 10K per month + incentives, as applicable

Performance Expectations

- Quality and number of candidate profiles sourced.
- Number of candidates shortlisted and interviewed.
- Successful selections and joining.
- Timely follow-up with candidates.
- Accurate maintenance of recruitment records.

Growth Opportunity Based on performance, the candidate may be considered for a full-time Recruiter/HR position and future growth within the Talent Acquisition team.
