Job Overview

Aurafest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening and HR interviews, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, and other recruitment platforms.

Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Handle offer rollouts, joining coordination, and onboarding follow-ups.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates.

Support recruitment drives, employer branding activities, and other HR initiatives.





Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, and other recruitment platforms.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Good understanding of the recruitment process and interview coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and candidate-handling abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.

Knowledge of ATS/recruitment software will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Working Days & Timings

Work Mode: Work From Office

Office Location: DLF Towers, Moti Nagar, New Delhi

2nd & 4th Saturday: Half Day

Sunday: Fixed Off

Salary Date: 5th–7th of every month
