- Call candidates from the data provided by the company.
- Explain the job role, salary, location, timings, and interview process.
- Screen candidates based on their skills and requirements.
- Shortlist interested and suitable candidates.
- Schedule their interviews with the company/HR.
- Follow up with candidates to make sure they actually attend.
- Maintain/update candidate records and calling data.
- Work toward the company’s daily candidate/selection target.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
