We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and skilled at identifying the right talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

Post job openings on job portals and social media

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
